A frontier AI lab

See your dreams.

Introducing Eden, the world's first true digital superintelligence committed to the public good.

We don't build better models. We build the intelligence around the model and its harnesses: the part that plans, remembers, doubts and corrects.

Eden Labs

We believe AI has reached less than 1% of its potential.

Not because the models are weak. Because nothing around them was built to think the way people do: to hold a goal, to question its own assumptions, to check its work and to learn from what went wrong.

The same request, sent to each: “Find out why sign-ups dropped this week, and fix it.”

How AI works today

One callReads, calls a tool, answers.
A loopCalls tools over and over, until it thinks it is done.
A graphA fixed path someone drew in advance, the same whatever you ask.

None of them checks its own work

    Agent-native software

Most AI answers questions. Some runs errands. Ours does the work.

Nine in ten AI products are chatbots that live inside an app and look things up. The newest agents go a step further: they log into your inbox or your Slack to check a status or draft a reply. Useful, but still mostly retrieval. Eden's agents take full control of the software, the way you would, and chain hundreds of actions into one finished job, confirming each one actually worked.

    • AnswersChatbots inside apps. They look things up and reply.
    • ErrandsToday's agents. They check a status, draft a reply, read a balance.
    • ExecutionEden. It runs the software end to end and finishes the whole job, checking every step.

Mana, APOS OS and Ether are built this way.

    The thesis

To everyone else, the model is the intelligence. To us, it's a neuron.

Intelligence is the system around it.

The industry is betting on bigger models. A bigger neuron is still one neuron: confident, noisy, often wrong. A mind is the structure above the firing, the part that remembers, doubts, corrects and holds the goal steady while the neurons fire. That structure is what we build.

    Doubt, built in

Every agent can tell you it's right. Ours can tell you it's wrong.

Today's agents are built to reach the finish line, so when a plan goes bad they rationalize their way to it. Ours stop and question the assumption underneath: is this still what was asked? Was that ever actually proven? That is what keeps an agent from spending eight hours on the wrong thing.

It's what makes long, unattended work possible. An agent you can leave running overnight isn't one that's always right. It's one that notices when it's wrong.

    Our workflow

    Every claim carries its proof.

    1. IntentWhat you actually asked for, written down before anything is built.
    2. PlanThe work, broken into steps a fresh mind could carry out without a question.
    3. ResearchWhat already exists, inside and out, before a line is written.
    4. BuildThe work itself, in an isolated copy, never in the original.
    5. CheckAn independent reviewer grades it. The builder never grades its own work.
    6. RememberOne editor files what was learned, so the next build starts smarter.

That is the shape of every job. Underneath it, Eden keeps a library of work graphs, each built for a different kind of result: a build, a fix, a research report, a design, a plan you can act on. It reads what you want to come out the other end, picks the graph that fits, and reshapes it as the work teaches it more.

    Products

The mind, and the matter it's made of.

    MANA

    The modern mod manager.

Your dream mod list in twenty minutes, and every game you own in one home. Tell your agent what you want to play; Mana builds, checks, installs and maintains it.

    APOS OS

The world's first true agentic operating system.

A team of agents that plans, builds, checks and remembers. Local-first on hardware you own, voice-native from anywhere, and governed so every result carries its proof.

    ETHER

An engine built entirely for particle physics.

Native control of every particle and every pixel, so it can materialize any object: a sphere, a mind, a whole interface. The orb, the forms and every word that tears out of particles on this site run on Ether.

    The mission

Build your dreams. Live your life.

Nobody should have to live at a computer to make something real. We're building AI that does the long, careful work alongside you, so you can be out in the world while what you're building takes shape. AI as a force for good starts there: giving people their time back.
